Outside Venues & Campgrounds

  • Maintain 6 feet distance from people outside your group while enjoying performances & panels, when standing in line while checking in, visiting food vendors, bar service areas, arts & crafts vendors, & restrooms.
  • Non-vaccinated attendees are strongly encouraged to correctly & consistently wear face coverings when not eating or drinking inside public spaces.
  • If you have any signs or symptoms (fever above 100.4, chills, muscle & body aches, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, etc.) within 24 hours of attending, stay home.
  • Attendees are prohibited within 25 feet of the fence in front of the Pastures of Plenty stage (WoodyFest staff, media, & photographers excluded)
  • Practice good hygiene & hand-washing etiquette after eating or drinking, using the restroom, before touching your face, after coughing or sneezing, etc. Wash with soap & water for at least 20 seconds – sing the chorus of ‘This Land’ while you wash!
  • Cover coughs & sneezes if you are not wearing a mask.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available in high traffic areas & in and around port-a-potties.

Crystal Theater

  • Non-vaccinated people required to wear a mask when not eating or drinking
  • Practice good hygiene & hand-washing etiquette after eating or drinking, using the restroom, before touching your face, after coughing or sneezing, etc. Wash with soap & water for at least 20 seconds – sing the chorus of ‘This Land’ while you wash!
  • Hand sanitizer & soap will be available in higher traffic areas, and in and around restrooms.

  • If unvaccinated, you are encouraged to sit 12 feet away from other festival goers
    • Balcony seats are available upstairs

We ask that you be respectful of everyone’s personal boundaries & sanitary choices to protect themselves & others. This is the first time many of us have gathered in at least 2 years, and we want to ensure the safety & comfort for all. Take care of each other.
