The Woody Guthrie Coalition, Inc., a not-for-profit, 501(C) 3 organization, is dedicated to preserving and promoting the legacy and music of Woodrow Wilson Guthrie through the Woody Guthrie Folk Festival as well as year-round cultural, musical, educational, and scholarly community outreach events that relate to Woody Guthrie and folk music.

By becoming a Friend of the Woody Guthrie Coalition, Inc., your tax-deductible gift allows us to achieve our mission and together we help make the Woody Guthrie Folk Festival one of the finest in the country.

Membership and benefits run from July 1 in the previous year through June 30 of the current year. For example, to be eligible for Friends of the Festival benefits at WoodyFest 2021, you must have paid a monthly or annual subscription between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021.

Benefits for each level:

$5 level
For a donation of $5 per month (or $60 annually):

  • Name posted on the festival website & program acknowledging your gift
  • Early access to ticket sales
  • Voting the festival artist poll

$10 level
For a donation of $10 per month (or $120 annually):

  • Name posted on the festival website & program acknowledging your gift
  • Early access to ticket sales
  • Voting the festival artist poll
  • Commemorative Friends of the Festival t-shirt

$25 level
For a donation of $25 per month (or $300 annually):

  • Name posted on the festival website & program acknowledging your gift
  • Early access to ticket sales
  • Voting the festival artist poll
  • Commemorative Friends of the Festival t-shirt
  • 10% discount on WoodyFest merchandise (excludes artist merchandise like CDs)
  • One (1) general admission ticket to the Wednesday night concert at the Crystal Theatre (limited to 300 people)
  • One (1) livestream pass

Members at the $300 annual level can also purchase one extra general admission seating ticket for Wednesday night’s show for $25. If you would like an extra ticket, we will contact you with instructions as the festival gets nearer.

$50 level
For a donation of $50 per month (or $600 annually):

  • Name posted on the festival website & program acknowledging your gift
  • Early access to ticket sales
  • Voting the festival artist poll
  • Commemorative Friends of the Festival t-shirt
  • 10% discount on WoodyFest merchandise (excludes artist merchandise like CDs)
  • One (1) general admission ticket to the Wednesday night concert at the Crystal Theatre (limited to 300 people)
  • One (1) livestream pass
  • One (1) 3-day festival pass

$100 level
For a donation of $100 per month (or $1200 annually):

  • Name posted on the festival website & program acknowledging your gift
  • Early access to ticket sales
  • Voting the festival artist poll
  • Commemorative Friends of the Festival t-shirt
  • 10% discount on WoodyFest merchandise (excludes artist merchandise like CDs)
  • Two (2) general admission ticket to the Wednesday night concert at the Crystal Theatre (limited to 300 people)
  • One (1) livestream pass
  • Two (2) 3-day festival pass

Members at the $300/$600/$1200 annual level may purchase one extra reserved seating ticket for Wednesday night’s show. We will contact you with instructions as the festival gets nearer.

Friends of the Festival t-shirts will be available for pick-up at WoodyFest in July. If you aren’t going to make it, but still want to help sustain the Woody Guthrie Folk Festival by becoming a friend of the festival, contact us and we will work something out.
