WoodyFest welcomes Food vendors to participate at this year’s festival!
Vendors will have the opportunity to sell their products from gates open (7:30pm) until the conclusion of the last concert (approximately 12 am) on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (July 13, 14, 15).
Please understand that no fees will be refunded as a result of inclement weather. All approved vendors will receive two 3-day festival wristbands.
Food Vendor application deadline is June 1, 2023. Selected vendors will be notified by 6/15/23.
The Woody Guthrie Folk Festival is a program of the Woody Guthrie Coalition, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization (Fed Tax ID# 983q40q). We reserve the right to refuse sponsorships that fail to align with our mission & values.
Selected vendors will be notified shortly thereafter and payment is due within 10 days of notification. Set-up time will be from 10 am to 12pm on Thursday, July 13, as noted on the vendor applications.
Although selected vendors are permitted to park an RV/camper at the vendor site, please note that we do NOT provide water and/or sewage hook-ups. Please submit any questions to Vicky Landers at 918-716-9051 or ac****************@ok******.gov.
