Making her 9th appearance at WoodyFest, Cassie Latshaw and her band, The Rowdy Come-ups, have been making a ruckus in Tulsa, Ok. and the surrounding region with their magnetic sound described as “Country Sparkle Glitter Funk.” You can find them tearing up the Tulsa stages of Thelma’s Peach, and Mercury Lounge every Thursday and Friday evening respectively.
