Nellie Clay

Western folk singer-songwriter Nellie Clay was born in Oklahoma, lived in Alaska for a decade, called Nashville home for several years, then returned to her Oklahoma home. Nellie has just completed her fifth recording project, I Could Love You, set to release this summer on the Tulsa based Horton Records label.

This project follows up her EP Oh America, which earned Miss Clay the privilege of recording several episodes of PBS’s nationally broadcast program Songs at the Center in 2021. In addition to continuing to write and record new original music, Nellie Clay is a painter and is currently writing her first book. Clay is a regular performer at WoodyFest and is returning to Alaska this August to play SalmonFest.
